🦃✨ Turkey-Time Fine Motor Fun! ✨🦃 Yesterday, Mrs. Tyson’s class teamed up with our OT and Speech staff to make the cutest turkey treats using gloves and goodies! Mrs. Tyson’s class had two special visitors yesterday! Mr. Todd and Miss Rachel, the Project Life coordinator from Wyandot County, stopped by to talk with our students about the importance of self-advocacy. 🙌💬 They discussed how to speak up when others aren’t being respectful or making good choices, and shared strategies for staying confident and safe in challenging situations. Such an empowering lesson for our kiddos! 💛✨ #ProjectLife #StudentSuccess #SelfAdvocacy

🍎✨ Busy Week in Vanlue Preschool! ✨🍎

Vanlue’s preschoolers had an exciting week full of learning and fun! Students practiced using their big voices to order hot chocolate for a PTO fundraiser ☕️, made homemade applesauce for snack, and even got moving in gym class with Miss Ashley by practicing planks and stuffing a turkey!

They also learned about community helpers and enjoyed a special visit from their School Resource Officer, Sergeant Jason Seem. 🚓💙

What a wonderful week of hands-on learning, creativity, and smiles!

Have you ever stepped into a chocolate palace? Mrs. Kahle’s class brought Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to life—students made their own chocolate houses, inspired by Mr. Willy Wonka’s 100-room palace! It was messy, creative, and absolutely delicious. 🍫🏠

❄️🍂 Mrs. Shelton’s class has been busy talking about the changing leaves—and eagerly waiting for snow to arrive! Since the real snow hasn’t shown up yet, we brought the fun indoors with a classroom snowball fight! ⛄️💙 Our amazing paras also created sensory bins for the students to explore, and the kids made ghostly suncatchers to add a little Halloween sparkle to the room. 👻✨ #FallFun #IndoorSnowDay #SpookySeason
